The prices felt unfair to me. I tried asking about it, but I kept getting transferred around, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Not really worth it for me.

I really like that it’s made with redheads in mind, that part is awesome... but for me the formula felt a little drying after using it. not terrible, just not totally what I hoped for

I was hoping to feel better about buying from this brand, but the site just didn’t give me much confidence. Some things felt a little unclear, and I didn’t see enough signs that I could really trust them. I ended up feeling disappointed and not comfortable placing an order.

I really wanted to like this, and maybe I’m just bad at picking shades online, but the match was not even close for me. It looked totally fine on the website, then in person it pulled way too orange and just didn’t work with my hair at all. I kept wondering if I misjudged it, but either way I can’t really use it, so it feels like a waste...

My order arrived with the packaging crushed, and a few things were loose inside the box. It made me feel like the items weren’t very well protected during shipping, so it wasn’t the best first impression for me.

I placed my order expecting it to arrive in a normal timeframe, but the shipping was painfully slow. I kept checking the tracking, and it barely gave me any useful updates, which just made the wait more frustrating. By the time the package finally showed up, I was already annoyed. The products themselves may be fine, but if delivery is going to be this slow, I’ll probably think twice before ordering again

I wish I had read the reviews before buying this. Once I looked closer at the ingredient list, it made me nervous, and I just don’t feel comfortable using it.

I tried their stuff thinking it would be fine, and somehow my face ended up red and itchy. It felt like my skin was the one paying the price for giving it a chance. Definitely not what I expected, and frustrating.

I don’t get it?? The shampoo felt cheap, and after using it my hair ended up feeling really dry. I was expecting it to be at least decent, but it just didn’t work for me.

I’m still waiting on my refund, the whole process has been way more frustrating than it needed to be. This feels like one of those preventable issues that could’ve been avoided with better communication.

Mobile was kind of the same story for me. Some menus and links weren’t super clear, so shopping felt more annoying than it probably needed to be. Not the worst experience, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I tried this hoping I’d get a nice red shade, but my hair ended up looking kinda dull and patchy. It also came out way darker than I thought it would based on the box. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was disappointing and I ended up having to go to a salon to fix it.

I ordered two items and ended up getting one in the wrong shade, plus the sample that was supposed to come with it was missing. I’ll admit I’m kind of picky about shades, so that was especially annoying for me. I usually like ordering from here, but this one wasn’t a great experience

I really wanted to love the How to be a Redhead box, because the whole idea is super cute and fun 😕 But once I actually got it, the value just didn’t feel there for me.

A lot of the items felt like tiny samples or products I probably wouldn’t reach for. For what it costs, I was expecting more full-size stuff or at least a better variety.
After trying a couple boxes, I ended up canceling. It’s a nice concept, but to me it felt like I was paying too much for a bunch of random leftovers.
